I recently got back from San Francisco for Jamila + Joe’s Golden Gate Bridge engagement session and it was such an incredible time! As many times as I had been to California, even lived there a short while, this was my first time in San Francisco and it certainly didn’t disappoint. I had only talked to Jamila and Joe via video chat, so I was super excited to finally meet them in person as well. After picking me up from the airport, we headed to their house where I was staying to plan our day.
We opted to go to a pretty sweet area near the Golden Gate Bridge that offered a lot of scenic variety with the bridge, beach, cliffs, the ocean, and a rad sunset. The bridge itself was impressive, but it really didn’t seem like what I’ve been used to in videos and movies. We had a ton of fun making our way through some pretty sketchy cliffs, drinking coffee, and creating rad photos. Although we didn’t necessarily plan on it, we ended up hiking about 14 miles or so that day which turned into great exercise along with a great night sleep.
Here are some of my personal favorite photos from Jamila + Joe’s Golden Gate Bridge San Francisco engagement session!
