I met up with Ryan Pernice to photograph him for his feature in the spring issue of Jezebel Magazine. I knew from the start that he was really passionate about his craft. Ryan is the owner of Roswell’s Table & Main and Osteria Mattone restaurants and he loved talking about food and drinks. He even brought some his favorite rare bourbon for us to try! In case you’re curious, it was super smooth and had a great taste. I haven’t tried either restaurant…yet, but I assured him I would stop by both. From a few other people I talked to about the restaurants, they are fantastic!
