Wrestling on a bedroom floor, Emily fell in love with a shy guy named Jesse. From the moment Jesse met Emily, he knew he would one day marry her. One warm August evening, they found themselves down in Key West sitting on a beach enjoying a beautiful sunset. As the sun set, Jesse stood up and pulled Emily up. He got down on one knee and asked the girl he loved to marry him. Emily was so shocked that the only thing she managed to mumble was, “Did you ask my dad?” With a small chuckle, Jesse responded, “of course.”
Emily and Jesse decided to keep their engagement session very close to their sweet home of Georgia. We actually had to reschedule their engagement session twice! The first time we showed up to the farm a crazy storm came with tons of rain and wind that almost blew us away. The second time around the rain was again the culprit. As they say, the third time’s a charm, and we were able to meet at the vast farm property, chosen by Emily and Jesse, on a warm sunny day. We walked deep into one of the fields where Jesse began to serenade Emily with his guitar. The two flirted and embraced each other as the sun quickly began to set. We finished our day with a little horsing around. (Ha! Horse jokes.)
Here are a few of my favorites from their engagement session. :)
