This is more for other photographers and entrepreneurs, but I recently had the pleasure to be interviewed by Raymond Hatfield from The Beginner Photography podcast where I discussed the pros and cons of being a destination wedding photographer, how to break into destination wedding photography or really any type of photography, how I personally did it, the business of photography, and much more. Without giving away any real spoilers, being a destination wedding photographer isn’t always about jet-setting around the world and warm, sunny beaches.
I’ve been teaching on photography, business, and finance to other photographers and entrepreneurs for awhile know and it’s something I’m super passionate about. I’m always excited to share my knowledge, experiences, and personal thoughts on these topics. Since I love to teach and help others in photography and business, my goal is always to try to put out the most useful and best information I can.
If you’re interested in learning about photography and the business of photography, you can check out my interview on The Beginner Photography Podcast at 052: Matt Druin – How To Become A Destination Wedding Photographer.
