I was recently in Vegas for Shanteria and Derecius wedding and while I was there I had the chance to work on some Las Vegas portraits like this one with Paris in the desert outside of Las Vegas. Paris is a model for various fashion magazines and other related fashion outlets. I first met Paris on Facebook and wanted to take advantage of the desert surroundings. When I work with people, especially women, I always like to have additional people to tag along. I find this helps them to relax and for everyone be more comfortable, so I met up with Paris and her boyfriend in a semi-remote part of the desert just outside the city. The sun sets much faster in Vegas than in Atlanta. I was used to our 7:45pm sunset, but in Vegas the sun was pretty much gone at 4:45pm, so we had to work fast.
