When Elizabeth and Patrick contacted me to document their Shrine Of Immaculate Conception and Atlanta Fernbank Museum wedding there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to be a part of their journey. Their wedding was extra close to me since Patrick’s mom has been my son’s pediatrician since day one. As I got to know Elizabeth and Partick I quickly realized not only are they both geniuses but also extremely goofy, love life, and adventure.

 

The ceremony was held at the Shrine Of Immaculate Conception church in downtown Atlanta which offered some incredible architecture. As a bonus, it also holds some interesting history being the oldest church in north Georgia and the first Catholic church in Atlanta! Patrick and his mom entered the church filled with large smiles, but nothing could compare to the one on Patrick’s face as he watched Elizabeth walk down the aisle with her parents.

 

The reception was held at one of my personal favorite venues, the Atlanta Fernbank Museum. I mean you can never go wrong with beautiful design, history, and dinosaurs! Guests quickly filled the history museum to see Elizabeth and Patrick, as well as, escape the heat and to take advantage of the cold drinks. Dinner, touching speeches, and legos all kicked off the party!
